We definitely understand that you don’t have time to make fresh pasta every time. Therefore we have a favorite pasta brand, that we buy in the supermarkets when we want a quick and simple meal. We are a big fan of the De Cecco pasta brand, as it has a nice bit, and is not getting too soft! So an easy pasta to get perfectly ‘al dente’
De Cecco offers a wide variety of pasta types, penne, spaghetti, rigatoni, farfalle, etc. etc.. Do you know which pasta fits with the best type of sauce?
A few examples are:
- Penne and Rigatoni: Thick sauces like a ‘Bolognese / Al Ragu’ and ‘All’Amatriciana’

TOMATO SAUCE TOOLS:
