These waffles are amazing! They are definitely our new favorite type of waffles. They are healthy, fluffy and super tasty.
Just prepare them now!
The Waffles (for 4 waffles)
|Oatmeal (finely ground)||100 gr|
|Vanilla extract||3 drips|
|Baking powder||2 teaspoons|
|Coconut sugar||1 spoon|
|Coconut oil||1 spoon|
Mix the finely grounded oatmeal with the baking powder and 2 spoons of the cinnamon. Mix the egg with the milk in another bowl. Add the milk mixture to the oatmeal and add the vanilla extract.
Heat up the waffle machine and pour some mixture into the waffle form. Bake for a few minutes until they look brown.
Cut the apples in slices and fry them in a pan with 1 spoon coconut oil, 2 spoons of cinnamon and the coconut sugar.
When the apples are ready place them on top of the waffles.
You can also add some raisins.
