Ever heard of healthy ice cream? This recipe is probably the easiest and healthiest option for making ice cream yourself! It is only made by pineapple and coconut milk. It is fresh and it taste a bit like pinacolada!
The Ice cream
|Coconut milk||200 ml|
Cut the pineapple in pieces and put it in a blender together with the coconut milk. Then pour this mixture into your ice machine and after 20 minutes it is ready.
Serve with some fresh mint.
It is a soft ice cream. If you want it more frozen put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
If you like the ice cream more sweet you can add some honey.
You can also add other fruits extra if you like.
