Those tarte tartins are super easy to prepare! Everybody can prepare this.. So take the ingredients and go!


The Tarte Tartin

Butter (in cubes) 100 gr
Honey 180 gr
Apples (in slices) 800 gr (6 apples)
Puff pastry 2 sheets
Sea salt 0.5 spoons

Preparation Process

Put the butter and honey in a pan and heat it up. Let it heat for 2 minutes. Put the puff pastry sheets on top of each other so you have one thick one. Make round as big as your tartelette forms. Put the butter mixture into the form and on top the apple slices. Then add the puff pasty on top and make sure the whole form is covered. Make small cuts with a knife. Put the tarte tartins in the oven for 40 minutes on 200 degrees.  When the tartins are cooled down you can turn them upside down so they get out of the forms. Serve with some salt.

You can make tarte tartins with any fruit you like!
