Lasagne, probably as favorite dish for a lot of us. For us, a dish that we mostly prepare during the winter, as it is a filling, warm and for sure comfort food! You can create a lot of different types of lasagne but here we will show you how we prepare a traditional Italian lasagne al ragu.
For the dough, you can make it yourself, or buy it from the supermarket.

*Prepare the tomato sauce form our basic recipe*
Cut all the vegetables and a onion in small pieces and fry it till almost ready in a pan with some olive oil. Add to the tomato sauce. Prepare the bechamel sauce. Put some of the sauce with vegetables into an oven dish an put some bechamel sauce over it, then place some of the lasange sheets and top it with the ham. Then make more layers like this and end with only some ham and cheese.
Place it in an oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees. For the first 30 minutes cover it.
