Paprika Pasta

Daughter had dinner at a friend who cooked this pasta with only paprika’s. Daughter was surprised and wanted to try it herself as well. She came up with her own version of this paprika pasta which you can try now as well!



The Pasta (2pax)

Pasta 200 gr
Olive oil A big dash
Salt and Pepper  
Fresh parley  
Paprika’s  2
Parmesan cheese  
Garlic 1 clove

Preparation Process

Cut the paprika’s in stripes and place them in a pan with a layer of extra vergine olive oil. Add some salt, pepper and fresh parsley. Put the pan on a medium fire and close it with a lid. 

Cook the pasta for 8 minutes until al dente. 

When the pasta is almost ready, cut the garlic in small pieces and add it to the paprika’s. 

When the pasta is ready, put it in the paprika pan and mix everything good. 

Serve with some extra fresh parsley and some Parmesan cheese.
