We proudly share this quiche with you! We prepared this quiche with tasty dough, but you can also use a puff pastry. You can make small quiches and freeze them to eat it whenever you want! 



The Dough

Flower 300 gr
Butter  150 gr
Salt A pinch
Egg 1
Water 3 spoons

The Filling

Spinach 200 gr
Garlic  1 glove
Creme fraiche 200 ml
Bacon 250 gr
Egg 4
Salt & Pepper  
Goat Cheese  

Preparation Process

The Dough:

Put the flower, butter, egg, salt and water into a bowl and mix it until you get a nice dough. Put the dough into some foil and let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. When ready, role the dough until it is big enough for a pie form (or use small ones). Put the dough into the form and make sure it is nice and tight. Make some small holes into the dough with a fork.


Cut the garlic and fry in a pan together with the spinach and bacon. When almost ready, add the egg and cream. Put some salt and pepper into the mixture as well. 

Pour the mixture into the form with dough and put some pieces of goat cheese on top. Place it in the oven for 35 minutes on 200 degrees.  

Tips and variations

This recipe is good for 1 big pie form or 4 small ones.

  • Zucchini
  • Tomato
