Tomato-Paprika Soup

We love soup! Most people think preparing soup yourself is difficult but it is actually one of the easiest recipes on our website!

When you have you meatless Monday, this soup is a delicious meal to eat together with some nice bread or bread sticks. 



The Soup (4pax)

Carrots 1
Shallots 2
Garlic cloves 2
Tomato’s 250 gr
Red paprika’s 2
Olive oil  
Salt and Pepper  
Parsley A bunch
Single cream 4 spoons
Vegetable stock 1 liter (2 cubes)
Fresh Thyme A bunch

Preparation Process

Cut everything in pieces and place it on a baking tray and put this in the oven with some olive oil, salt, pepper for 35 min on 200 degrees. 

When ready, put this in a pan and add 1 liter of vegetable stock. Let it simmer for a while and then blend everything with a blender. Put it through a sieve and serve with some bread sticks, a spoon of cream and some fresh parsley.

Tips and variations

Make sure you add enough salt and pepper!
