Toast with caprese

When I (daughter) need to study all day at home, I love to make myself some healthy but delicious lunch.

This one is my favorite! Such a simple dish but so delicious and full with classic flavors.



The bread (1pax)

Toast 2 slices
Pesto 2 spoons
Tomato’s 4 small ones
Mozzarella Half a boll
Fresh basil A bunch
Salt and Pepper  
Olive oil  

Preparation Process

Toast the breads and put some pesto on top. Cut the tomato’s and mozzarella in slices and place them on top of the pesto. Put some olive oil, salt and pepper and fresh basil at the end. 

Tips and variations

You can also use red pesto.
