Avocado salad with poached eggs

This is a super healthy salad! Eggs and avocado are a perfect combination and it is so easy to prepare!



The Salad

Avocado 1
Romain lettuce 2 hands
Red paprika 0.5
Melon 2 slices
Eggs 2
Olive oil  
Salt and pepper  
Cucumber 0.5 

Preparation Process

Cut the avocado in slices as well as the melon. Cut the cucumber and the paprika with a spiral cutter in strings.

Break the eggs in a bowl. Boil some water and add a bit of vinegar. The stir with a spoon in the boiling water and add an egg in the middle of the tornado in the water. Let this boil for 4 minutes. Then do the same with the other egg.

Put the lettuce on a plate and put the rest on top. Also add the eggs and some olive oil, salt and pepper.
