Carrot Humus and Harissa Yogurt

Humus is a great product! You can eat it with so many ingredients and it is delicious as a lunch, snack or as an appetizer! Hereby we share a great recipe for you to eat during a lot of occasions! 



The Humus (4pax)

Carrots (peeled and in pieces) 250 gr
Chickpeas 400 gr
Extra vergine olive oil 200 ml
Tahini 3,5 spoons
Lemon juice 0.5 lemon
Cayenne pepper 0.5 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

The Harissa Yogurt (4Pax)

Greek yogurt 250 gr
Harissa 1 spoon
Bread 4 slices

Preparation Process

Boil the carrots in some water and let them drain out when they are ready. Take some of the boiling water. Add the carrots together with all the other ingredients for the humus in a blender and mix it until you get a nice puree. When it is too thick, you can add some of the boiling water of the carrots.


Mix the yogurt and the harissa and add it on some bread. Serve with some humus.
