Healthy Smoothie bowl

Daughter makes smoothies a lot! For breakfast or lunch. It is easy, fast and you can use a lot of different ingredients. The favorite smoothie bowl of us we show today!



The Smoothie (1 pax)

Almond milk 100 ml


Forest fruit (frozen)

2 Hands

Fresh fruit (blueberries)

1 hand


1 hand

Preparation Process

Peal the banana and put in parts into a bowl. Add the almond milk and the frozen fruit. Mix with a blender until you have a sleek smoothie. 

When ready put it in a nice cup and place on top the granola and fresh fruit.


Tips and variations

What we sometimes add as well:

  • Linseed
  • Kiwi
  • Pumpkin seeds

You can simply add anything on top what you like.
