One of the most popular salads is for sure the Caesar salad. A delicious salad that is famous all over the world.

This version has extra crispy chicken and homemade croutons. Super yummie!



The salad

Garlic 1 clove

A pinch



Lime juice

1 spoon


1 teaspoon


1 teaspoon

Extra vergine olive oil

1 spoon

Romaine lettuce

300 gr

Egg yolk


Grated Parmesan cheese

2  hands

Chicken fillet

150 gr


1 hand


A bunch



The Croutons

Butter 1 spoon
Extra vergine olive oil 1 spoon
White bread (Cut into small pieces) 2 pieces
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper 1 teaspoon

Preparation Process

The croutons; 

In a large pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat until the butter has melted. Add bread cubes, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat. Cook until golden. Remove from pan and set aside.


Place the garlic, anchovy fillets, and salt in a large salad bowl. Using two dinner forks, mash to form a paste. Using one fork, whisk in the lemon juice, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and egg yolk. While whisking, drizzle in the olive oil and continue to whisk until emulsified. Add 1 hand of Parmesan cheese and set aside. Cut the lettuce into pieces and add to the bowl. Also add the croutons and mix very well.

Take the chicken and cut into small pieces. Break and egg and mix. Add 1 hand of Parmesan cheese, the breadcrumbs, parsley and some salt and pepper in a bowl. Take the chicken and put it first in the egg and then in the breadcrumb mixture. The fry all the pieces of chicken in some olive oil until golden brown. 

Add the chicken to the salad as well.

We served the salad in big salad leaves, super funny for your guests!
