Soooo many options with pasta! Cannelloni is a round and very big type which you can fill with a lot of different ingredients. Hereby we show you our favorite option.



minced meat 300 gr
Salami 50 gr
Sage few leaves
Ricotta 250 gr
Tomato saus Use our own recipe
Salt / pepper
Egg 1
Parmesan cheese 50 gr
Olive oil
Onion 1
Breadcrumbs 30 gr

Preparation Process

Cut the onion in small pieces and fry it, add the meat, sage and a pinch of salt and pepper to it. Cut the salami in pieces and add as well. Let it cool down when ready.

When cooled down, add the egg, ricotta and breadcrumbs and fill the cannelloni’s with the mixture. Start with a layer of of the tomato sauce and then place the cannelloni’s. Cover them as well with some sauce and finish with a layer of Parmesan cheese.

Cover it and put in the oven for 30 min on 180 degrees. After that remove the cover and put in the oven for 10 more minutes.

Tips and variations

  • To fill the cannelloni’s, use a piping bag! Super easy to get all the mixture nice and clean in the pasta’s
