Cauliflower Pasta

Cauliflower pasta time! Did you ever prepared this at home? Cauliflower is a nice veggie to add to your pasta dish, something different than normal!



Cauliflower pasta (6pax)

Cauliflower 1 small one
olive oil 1 spoons
Garlic 2 cloves
Dried chili pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Thyme 2 spoons
Egg yolk 1
Cream 2 dl
Parmesan cheese 100 gr
Bread crumbs 1 spoon

Preparation Process

Boil the cauliflower in water with some salt for 10 minutes. When ready, take them out of the water and keep some of the water. Heat up some olive oil and add the crushed garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the chili, breadcrumbs and cauliflower to the oil and remove the garlic. Add the thyme and 5 spoons of used boiled water. Let this simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the fire and add the egg yolk and cream. Boil the pasta for 8 minutes and when ready add the sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.  

Tips and variations

Instead of cauliflower you can use the next time broccoli 🙂
