Cauliflower Pizza

When we aim for a comfort-food dish, pizza is our favorite! Today we discovered the cauliflower dough, easy to buy in a lot of supermarkets. Mostly we prepare our own dough (See recipe on the bottom of this page) but this cauliflower variation got us curious! The result: a lovely and bit more healthier pizza!



Cauliflower dough 1x
Tomato sauce (our basic tomato sauce recipe) 1x
Olives handful
Mozzarella di bufala 1x
Pesto 6 spoons
Prosciutto crudo 3 slices

Preparation Process

Prepare your homemade tomato sauce and when it is ready place it over the cauliflower dough. Add all the toppings and put it in the oven for 10 min on 250 degrees. Put the pizza preferable on a pizza stone.

Tips and variations

When you want to prepare your own (normal) dough use:

  • Water: 150 ml
  • Flower: 250 gr
  • Instant yeast: 3.5 gr
  • Salt: 1/2 spoon
  • Olive oil: 2 spoon

Mix the water and yeast together. Mix the flower and salt together in another bowl. Add the water mixture into the flower and add the olive oil. Knead the dough very well with your hands and make a bowl from it. Leave at a warm spot in the house for 45 minutes.

  • Of course you can also choose your own topping.
