Chicken-pesto noodles

Egg noodles are a nice variation for a pasta dish. It has less carbs and a lot of egg whites! This dish is ready in 10 minutes and you can add a lot of veggies! 



The Noodles (1pax)

Egg noodles 1 portion (100 gr)
Chicken 100 gr
Mushrooms 1 big handfull
Spinach 2 hands
Pesto 2 spoons
Salt and Pepper  
Olive oil  

Preparation Process

Cut the chicken in pieces and fry them in a pan with some olive oil. Add the mushrooms and spinach and fry until all are ready.

In between, boil some water and put the noodles in. They are ready around 4 minutes. Remove the water when ready, then add the pesto and veggies. 

Tips and variations

You can also serve this with:

  • Mozzarella on top
  • Tomato’s
  • Paprika
  • Other types of noodles
