Green Curry Paste

Making curry is the best! We often eat curry in a lot of different ways. Vegetation, chicken and shrimps, you can all do it with this green curry paste. It is not difficult to prepare it, you only need to have a lot of herbs and spices. 

This curry paste you can keep in the jar in the fridge for a week.



The curry paste

Green peppers 3
Lemon grass 3 sticks
Fresh coriander 2 big hands
Cumin seeds 1 spoon
Coriander seeds 1 spoon
Laos 1 spoon
Trassi 1 teaspoon
Garlic cloves 2
Spring onion 3
Lime zest 1 lime

Preparation Process

Put the coriander seeds and the cumin seeds in a pan and place it on a medium heat. Fry this for 2 minutes.

Then add all the ingredients and the seeds in a blender and mix until you have a smooth paste. 

Put the paste in a jar and keep it in the fridge.
