Avocado with shrimps and paprika

Looking for a easy and healthy recipe? Mommy filled these avocado’s with shrimps and paprika and it is delicious! Full of veggies and vitamins and ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

The filled avocado’s (1pax)

Avocado 1
Lemon juice 1 spoon
Small shrimps 50 gr
Yellow and red paprika Both one quarter
Mayonnaise 1 spoon
Salt and pepper  

Preparation Process

Cut the avocado in 2 halves and remove the core. Take out the avocado with a spoon and cut it in small pieces.

Cut the paprika’s in small pieces as well and put is all in a bowl with the avocado, some lemon juice, salt and pepper and the shrimps. 

Place this mixture into the avocado bowls and add a bit of mayonnaise on top. You can also add a bit of olive oil instead of mayonnaise. 

Tips and variations

Also delicious when you add cucumber.
