Mommy was raised with Dutch food and chicory is one of the typical Dutch vegetables. You can eat is warm from the oven and as well as cold in a salad!

Daughter does not like the typical Dutch food, she is more like her Daddy.. eating Italian food most of the time.

This is a delicious and healthy salad which gives a nice saturated feeling.

Ingredients

The salad

Chicory 2 stumps
Pickles 2
Silver onions 2 spoons
Apple 1
Eggs 2
Feta cheese cubes 2 spoons

The dressing

Yogurt 1 spoons
Mayonnaise 1 spoon
Salt and pepper  

Preparation Process

Boil the 2 eggs for 7 minutes.

Cut the chicory, apple and pickles in pieces and put them in a bowl. Add the onions, eggs, feta cheese and some salt and pepper on top. 

For the dressing;

Mix all ingredients well and put some on top of the salad.

Tips and variations

You can also boil the egg softer if you like.
