Homemade Pizza

Pizza is always a good idea! When you bake pizza yourself it is healthier than when you order a pizza somewhere else or let it deliver at home. 

We love to put all types of veggies on our pizza so this one is a healthy veggie one! You can use this recipe as well with other toppings of course. 



The Dough

Flour  500gr
Yeast 7 gr
Olive oil 2 spoons
Water 300 ml
Salt  2 teaspoons

The toppings

Tomato sauce

1x our homemade tomato sauce
Burrata 1 boll
Yello zucchini 1 half
Yellow and red tomato’s 2 hands
Peas 1 hand
Rucola salad A hand
Artichoke The heart

Preparation Process


Sieve the flour and mix with the yeast and olive oil. Add the water while stirring and add the salt after that. Knead until you have a soft and smooth dough. Mostly you need to knead for 15 minutes. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes. After that, knead it again and divide the dough in 2 pieces and make flat round pizza dough.

Create the tomato sauce according to the recipe and place it on top of the dough. 

Cut all the veggies and place them on top of the pizza except for the burrata and salad. 

Put the pizza 10 minutes in the oven. After that add the burrata and salad. 

Tips and variations

You can also add other veggies or meat.
