This pasta dish is a little bit different then your normal pasta and Mommy and Daughter are a big fan of this dish!
Pasta al forno looks a bit like lasagne but it does not include lasagne sheets but just ‘normal’ pasta’s like penne. It is a super easy dish and you can eat is perfectly the day after. When you fry the leftovers in a pan it is super delicious!
Pasta al Forno
|Peeled tomato can’s||1|
|Minced meat||300 gr|
|Salt / Pepper|
Cook the pasta until it is almost done, but remove from the water so it is not cooked too much. Sieve the tomato’s in a vegetable sieve. Fry the minced meat in some olive oil and add some salt and pepper. Add the peas and tomato sauce and 3 eggs (mixed) to the meat and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the pasta in the sauce and mix together. Put half of the pasta in a oven dish and place some ham and cheese on top, then create an other layer by doing the same
Put this in the oven with a cover for 30 minutes on 200 degrees. Then remove the cover and leave it for 15 minutes more in the oven.
