The winter is coming so we prepare more typical winter dishes. This pasta has a delicious beef stew sauce, a little bit different than your normal pasta with meat! Try it, and maybe this will be your Christmas dish..
Pasta with meat stew (4pax)
|Low fat Beef||500 gr|
|Red wine||175 ml|
|Salt and pepper|
|Parmesan cheese||100 gr|
Cut the onion and fry it in some olive oil. Put some salt and pepper on top of your beef and fry it in the pan for 3 minutes and cool it down with the wine. Then add the tomato can’s (sieved) and the peas. Let this simmer for +- 3 hours. (low fire)
Serve with some pasta and Parmesan cheese. ENJOY
