This veggie pasta is super tasty! Adding carrots and celery to your pasta sauce gives a super surprising and tasty flavor.
If you like to eat your pasta with some nice veggies than you should definitely try this one!
|Olive oil extra vergine||5 spoons|
|Tomato cans||1 kilo|
|Fresh basil||1 hand|
Cut the carrots and celery in pieces and fry them in some olive oil for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the tomato’s ,basil and salt and pepper. Let this simmer with a cover on the pan for 30 minutes. Stir every now and then.
Add some extra pepper and puree the sauce until you get a smooth texture.
You do not need to puree the sauce. You can also eat it with the carrots and celery in the sauce.
