Pumpkin-mushroom ravioli

Homemade Pasta

This filling is a delicious and easy filling for a perfect autumn pasta dish!



The ravioli

Pasta dough recipe 1x
Roasted pumpkin 100 gr
Mushrooms 50 gr
Ricotta  60 gr
Thyme A bunch
Salt and pepper  
Butter 2 spoons
Sage 4 leaves

Preparation Process

Cut the mushrooms and add the roasted pumpkin in a bowl together with the ricotta, thyme and some salt and pepper. Blend this all until you have a puree. 

Fill the dough with 1 spoon of filling.

Boil the pasta’s for 4 minutes into salted water.

For the sauce:

Melt the butter with the sage in a pan on medium heat and pour on top of the ravioli’s. 

Tips and variations

Also delicious with a cream sauce.
