Salmon with a crust

This salmon is perfect for Christmas. Salmon is a great fish and is super healthy. This crust is carbs free and therefore a perfect dish for the ones that want to have a healthy meal during these days. 



The salmon (2pax)

Salmon 2 fillets
Garlic 1 clove
Olive oil  
Lemon rasp  
Almond flour 3 spoons
Finley grated pistachio nuts 3 spoons
Fresh parsley 1 spoon
Fresh dill 1 spoon
Salt A pinch

Preparation Process

Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the lemon rasp and some olive oil. Marinate the salmons with this oil mixture.

Mix the nuts, flour and herbs with each other and roll the salmon through this mixture.

Then put the salmon into a oven dish with some extra nuts and lemon. Put it in the oven on 200 degrees for 18 minutes.

Tips and variations

Also delicious when you add veggies into the oven as well. (Think of tomato’s or broccoli)
