Savory flat pie

This is a super easy and beautiful dish! Mommy prepared it to eat as a delicious appetizer and also Daddy was a big fan!



The Savory pie

Puff pastry 270gr
Red onion 1
Artichoke One pot
Sun dried tomato’s  
Goat cheese 50 gr
Burrata 1 ball
Cherry tomato’s 10
Fresh Tyme  

Preparation Process

Place the puff pastry on a baking tray with baking paper. Make sure the puff pastry is flat. Cut the zucchini in slices and place them all nicely on the puff pastry. Put some onion rings, dried tomato’s, the fresh tomato’s and the artichoke over the zucchini. Then add some fresh thyme and burrata on top. 

Put this in the oven for 20 minutes on 200 degrees. 

Tips and variations

If you would like to add other veggies, that is possible!
