Do you want a low carb pasta meal? This pasta does not contain any real pasta but only zucchini! It taste almost the same as pasta and it is delicious with a lot of different veggies.
The pasta (2pax)
|Zucchini pasta||500 gr|
|Salt and pepper|
|Fresh basil||1 hand|
Put the zucchini pasta in a pan with some olive oil, salt and pepper. After 2 minutes add the tomato (cut in quarters) to the zucchini.
Clean the shrimps and fry them for 1 minute on both sides with some salt and pepper.
Add the pesto and fresh basil to the zucchini and put it nicely on a plate. Serve with some extra basil and pepper and lemon
You can also add more veggies like peas.
