A tasteful but healthy snack? This yummy banana bread is the perfect choice! It contains no added sugars and fatty butter but it is still sweet because of the banana!
Next to all those healthy ingredients, it is also super simple and fast to prepare! ENJOY!
Banana bread dough
|Banana’s||350 gr (+- 3 banana’s)|
|Almond flower||150 gr|
|Baking powder||2 teaspoons|
|Roasted Almonds||2 spoons|
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it with a kitchen machine for 2 minutes. You do not need to mix too long!!
Take a cake form and place some baking paper into this. Then pour the banana bread mixture in the form.
On top of the mixture you can add:
- Chopped hazelnuts
- Coconut rasp
- A banana
- Pecan nuts
Put the banana bread in the oven for 50 minutes on 170 degrees
This time I added some walnuts into the dough (at the end). You can also add other ingredients like;
- Other nuts
If you want to have it more sweet add:
- 1 spoon of honey
- A teaspoon of sweetener
