Chunky brownie

A good and classic brownie is the best treat you can have. We love the taste of dark chocolate and this brownie has it all: Deep chocolate taste, hard on the outside and soft and melting chocolate on the inside. 



The Brownie

Flour 150 gr
Dark caster sugar 100 gr
Sugar 100 gr
Butter (melted) 175 gr
Eggs 3
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Chocolate powder 75 gr
Chocolate chips (dark) 125 gr

Preparation Process

Mix the 2 types of sugar, flour, butter, eggs, vanilla and chocolate powder with each other. Then add the chocolate chips and slowly mix this. 

Oil a brownie baking tray and place some baking paper on the bottom. 

Put the mixture into the form and bake the brownie 50 minutes on 160 degrees. 

Wait for 5 minutes before cutting the brownie. 

Tips and variations

You can also use white chocolate chips
