When daughter has a busy week at school, she likes to bake some healthy muffins or cakes to bring with her as a delicious snack! Those bananabread muffins are easy, quick and super delicious. You can easily keep them for a few days so it is an ideal meal prep!
|Dark chocolate||100 gr|
|Oatmeal (in powder)||100 gr|
|Almond flour||100 gr|
|Baking soda||1 teaspoon|
Mix in a kitchen machine the banana’s until it is a good mixture. Mix the eggs in another bowl with the salt until light. Add this to the banana mixture. Add the coffee, oatmeal and almond flour and mix again. Then add the baking soda and chocolate pieces and stir a few times with a spoon.
Put the dough into cup cake forms and put it in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
You can add sweetner when you want it more sweet.
