Frozen Yogurt

Ice cream is the best! We both have a KitchenAid Machine and a KitchenAid Icecream bowl to create the most delicious ice creams ever. Mommy made this frozen yogurt which is so smooth and tasty. Perfect for a summer dessert!



The Frozen Yogurt

Greek Yogurt 10 % Fat 400 gr
Single cream 200 ml
Milk 150 ml
Sugar 200 gr
Glucose 50 gr
Strawberries and blueberries 250gr

Preparation Process

Mix the yoghurt with the fruit until it is smooth, set aside in the refrigerator.
Boil the cream and milk with the sugar and glucose on medium heat. When it boils reduce to low heat and stir for 2 more minutes.
Let this mixture cool down. If you want the smoothest frozen yogurt you can sieve the mixture.
When its chilled put everything together and pour it into an ice cream machine for +- 30 minutes. After that, put it in a Tupperware and freeze it overnight.

Tips and variations

You can also use other forest fruits.
