The taste of this pie is amazing! So fresh and fluffy! We like! When you expect some guests, this pie will blow their minds.
|Self raising flower||175 gr|
Mix the butter, sugar, ricotta, lemon juice and zest together with a spoon. Add the egg yolks one by one, then add the flower and limoncello. Mix the egg whites till its stiff as meringue. Add the egg whites slowly with a spoon to the other mixture.
Put the mixture in a pie form that is oiled and put in the oven for 45 minutes on 180 degrees.
- If you have some lemons left, place them nicely as decoration!
- Nice with some ice cream as dessert
- You can leave the limoncello out if you have kids
