We love to drink tea and especially together with a cookie! Although we understand that all those cookies are maybe not the best idea.. Therefore we prepared some healthy ones! Coconut flour and banana are super healthy ingredients to prepare cookies with. You do not need any other flour or suger!
|Coconut Flour||50 gr|
|Coconut oil (melted)||35 gr|
|Chocolate 80%||80 gr|
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and as last add the eggs. Cut the 40 gr of the chocolate in small pieces and add to the dough. Make small cookies from the dough and place them on a baking tray.
Bake the cookies in the oven on 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
Melt the other 40 gr of chocolate and put it on top of the cookies when they are cooled down.
You can also add hazelnuts!
