Indian Lassi

Lassi is a classic refreshing drink to soothe the palate when eating spicy food. It can be made without milk, which makes it easier to digest.

We think it taste a bit like milkshakes, so we love it a lot;)



Plain Lassi

Milk or yogurt 150 ml
Sugar 1 spoon
Salt A pinch
Pepper A pinch

Mango Lassi

Milk or yogurt 100 ml
Mango pulp 400 ml
Cardamon seeds 1 teaspoon
Salt A pinch

Preparation Process

For both lassi’s:

Put all the ingredients in a food mixer and mix it. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving

Tips and variations

The pink one is made from plain Lassi with forest fruit!
