Lassi is a classic refreshing drink to soothe the palate when eating spicy food. It can be made without milk, which makes it easier to digest.
We think it taste a bit like milkshakes, so we love it a lot;)
|Milk or yogurt||150 ml|
|Milk or yogurt||100 ml|
|Mango pulp||400 ml|
|Cardamon seeds||1 teaspoon|
For both lassi’s:
Put all the ingredients in a food mixer and mix it. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving
The pink one is made from plain Lassi with forest fruit!
