During the summer period not everyone likes to eat hot soup. A gazpacho is then a perfect alternative. It is a cold paprika- tomato soup which is super tasty as a starter!

Ingredients

The Gazpacho

Tomatos 6
Cucumer 0.5
Red pepper 1 cm
Garlic 1 clove
Red paprika 1
Salt and pepper  
Balsamico vinigar 2 spoons
Olive oil 3 spoons
   

Preparation Process

Cut small lines in the tomato’s and put them in boiling water for 4 minutes. After that, take off the skin.

Put everything in a blender and mix until you have a smooth structure 

Tips and variations

Serve with some toast
