Pasta Puttanesca

Pasta puttanesca was created long ago with the ingredients that were left at home. They just throw it together to make a pasta sauce, and this became a famous dish. 

Hereby we share our recipe of this delicious pasta sauce!



The Sauce

Garlic 2 cloves
Black olives 10
Capers 50 gr
Anchovies 6
Tomato’s (small ones) 10
Vegetable stock 1 cube
Fresh parsley A bunch
Spaghetti  200 gr
Olive oil  
Peeled tomato’s in can 1 can

Preparation Process

Smash the garlic and fry it together with the grinded anchovies in some olive oil for 5 minutes on low fire. Add the capers, tomato’s, and one can of peeled tomato’s. Let this simmer for a while.

Cook the pasta in some vegetable stock for 7 minutes. Remove the water and add the pasta to the sauce. Add some parley and leave it for 3 other minutes in the pan.

Then serve it, you can serve it with some Parmesan cheese if you like.

Tips and variations

You can serve it with some extra fresh olives and parsley
